Bed mill can be operated manually with full function DRO or automatically with easy to use conversational shop floor programming for full CNC operations. Spindle speeds by manual dial variable speed drive. Mechanical high/low shift ranges provide the correct torque for your manufacturing application.

Combined with automatic lubrication and pendant controls these machines are easy to maintain and operate.
Acu-Rite G2 Mill Power features a 12.1” screen, USB and Ethernet communication ports, 1.4GHZ processor makes this control powerful yet easy to operate. With enhanced tool path icons, expanded tool/datum offsets DXF converter, the operator produces faster set-ups, shorter run times, and quicker shop floor programming. Use CAD/CAM software to download G-code for full three axes contour milling. This control will give a major boost in productivity, and machine performance.
